In person and virtual Vision Services meet the educational needs of students who are blind or have low vision throughout California. Partnering with school districts and parents for over 20 years, we specialize in an all-inclusive vision approach which includes Vision Services (TVIs), Orientation & Mobility, and Braille Transcription.

Youth Services

Peer Support Group, Cantonese Speakers

Only those with vision loss can fully understand the experience. This group is led by a peer who also has vision loss. Find support, understanding, and friendship with members of the Vista community. This group is for people who speak Cantonese.

Tea Time at Santa Cruz

Come enjoy tea and cookies with the company of others here at Vista Center Santa Cruz. You will make a new friend or further a known friendship with other people who have vision loss. You will also learn more about the available services at Vista Center, Santa Cruz.

Family Support Group

This is an opportunity for family members to find support for coping with vision loss in the family. You will gain a clearer understanding of how to help your loved ones and enable their journey towards independence. Individual support also available.

Deep Dive into your Eye Condition

Meet others who have a similar eye condition. Learn strategies to further understand your eye condition and how to advocate for yourself. Attending an Adult Support Group is encouraged as a prerequisite to this class.
